Refund & Returns Policy

At JAV Distribution, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply.

Non-refundable items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, all beverages and consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the following cases:

– Product received damaged
– Product received defective
– Shipping error on our part
– Damaged items or order errors

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
– Include your order number
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved:
– It will be issued to the original payment method
– Processing time is 5–10 business days

Non-eligible items

– Opened or consumed products
– Sale or clearance items
– Gift cards (if applicable)
